Director
Ms. Lidiani has a bachelor's degree in education, Portuguese & Spanish, with a minor in educational psychology. Ms. Lidiani started her education career in 2004 and has worked with children of all ages. Ms. Lidiani worked in nearly every classroom before bringing her classroom expertise to the admin team as ERCDC's Assistant Director. She is committed to providing the best environment and guidance for ERCDC's children.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Lidiani is a mom of three girls, ages 7, 5, and 2. Her youngest is also a student at ERCDC.

Director
Ms. Kiley has a bachelor's degree in Journalism New Media and spent six years in print newsrooms as a general assignments reporter and editor while also working in sports media relations. Ms. Kiley started university as a music education major and is thrilled to combine her experience in communications with her love of children and learning.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Kiley enjoys crafting, cosplay, reading, video games, Irish dance, re-learning instruments she used to know, and any strange hobby she can find. She and her husband have two cats, Dobby & Luna, and one dog, Pippin.

Lead Teacher
Mr. Dave has more than 20 years of experience a an educator with a bachelor's degree in child development and another in educational psychology. He also has received more than 80 related certificates & diplomas.

Outside of ERCDC, Mr. Dave is an artists with an associate's degree in graphic arts. He loves to help children discover the greatness in themselves and has committed to completing as much professional development as he can.

Lead Teacher
Ms. Roberta is the longest-tenured teacher at ERCDC, having been with the center since opening day in 2017. Ms. Roberta has her Infant/Toddler CDA and has more than 25 years of experience in childcare. Ms. Roberta loves to see child learn, grow, and reach their developmental milestones.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Roberta loves to sing, decorate, try out tasty seafood, watch romance movies, and find as many accessories as she can in her favorite color - red.

Floater
Ms. Noeline holds an Infant/Toddler CDA and has spent her time at ERCDC with our Starfish students. She especially likes to talk with and get to know her students and use painting and arts and crafts to help them grow and develop. Ms. Noeline also has an associate's degree in law.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Noeline likes baking and watching movies with her family. Ms. Noeline is originally from Madagascar.

Lead Teacher
Ms. Elizabeth holds a Bilingual Preschool CDA and puts it to use by working with her class in both English and Spanish. Ms. Elizabeth makes her classroom a bright and inviting places and loves working with her students.

Ms. Irma holds an Infant/Toddler CDA and is currently completing an associates degree in early childhood education. Ms Irma has several years of experience as a teacher including 3 years with young infants

Ms. Diana holds an Infant/Toddler CDA and is currently completing an associates degree in early childhood education. Ms. Diana also has a bachelor's degrree i n Business Administration. She has three years of childcare experience and has worked as a floater, assistant teacher, lead teacher, and manager.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Diana enjoys dancing, playing basketball with her son and daughter, and decorating for parties. She is from Ecuador.

Lead Teacher
Ms. Taylor is a certified behavior technician and has worked with 2-5 year-olds who are on the autism spectrum. Ms. Taylor has a bachelor's degree in social work and has worked as an adult case manager and dedicated aide in DC as well as with adolescents in a group home in North Philadelphia. Ms. Taylor's favorite thing is to learn new ways to teach children and she is currently working on her Preschool CDA.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Taylor is an assistant trainer teaching adolescents how to box.

Ms. Melissa has more than 20 years of experience in childcare, the last three of those with ERCDC. Ms. Melissa holds a Preschool CDA and has worked with students from toddlers through elementary school. She loves to see her students meet and exceed their milestones, especially through arts and crafts, music, movement, and science.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Melissa loves to spend time with her four children and four grandchildren.

Ms. Carmen holds an Infant/Toddler CDA and has worked with big toddlers for two years. Ms. Carmen loves interacting with her students by reading, singing, and talking to them. Also, she is currently completing an associate degree in early childhood education.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Carmen likes to sing, read, and meet new people. She is originally from Ecuador.

Teacher
Ms. Celia holds an Infant/Toddler CDA and has worked with infants for three years. Ms. Celia loves interacting with her students by reading, singing, and talking to them.

Ms. Yessenia holds an Infant/Toddler CDA and is currently completing an associates degree in early childhood education. Ms. Yesenia has several years of experience working with children including a little over 2 years.
She is originally from Venezuela.

Ms. Jennyffer holds an Infant/Toddler CDA. Her favorite part of teaching is watching the babies learn about themselves, their skills, and the world around them. She also enjoys learning as much as she can to better teach her students.
She is originally from El Salvador.

Lead Teacher
Ms. LaCrystal holds an Infant/Toddler CDA and has dedicated her life to working with children. Her nearly 20 years of experience include working with children ages newborn and up.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. LaCrystal loves the Washington Nationals and her two dogs.

Assistant Teacher
Ms. Gloria has worked with children through her church and a home center. Ms. Gloria loves teaching children how to eat and feed themselves and watching children learn how to socialize.

Ms. Gloria is a mother of one.

Assistant Teacher
Ms. Julissa has been a wonderful addition to our toddler program with her compassion and enthusiasm. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing her students grow and watching their progress. She loves to work with them on arts and crafts.
Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Julissa teaches Sunday school at her church, loves to sing and dance, and creates her own art. She is originally from El Salvador.

Assistant Teacher
Ms. Nicole has more than 15 years of experience in childcare and has both her 90 Hour Child Development Certification and her 45 Hour School Age Certification from Prince George's Community College. Ms. Nicole worked in after school care before transitioning to working with four-year-olds. Ms. Nicole loves making a difference in a child's social-emotional development.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Nicole loves to walk, collect seashells, read, and watch movies. She enjoys going to pee-wee basketball and football games with her grandsons and spending time with her family.

Assistant Teacher
Ms. Gisela holds an Infant/Toddler CDA and has been taking college courses as well. Ms. Gisela loves teaching, especially babies. She loves to play with them, take them outside, and watch them grow and experience new things.

She is originally from El Salvador.

Floater
Ms. Johnnay has been with ERCDC for nearly a year, working primarily with our Guppies program. Ms. Johnnay brings her care, compassion, and attention to detail to every class. She will be starting on her Infant/Toddler CDA soon.

Outside of ERCDC, Ms. Johnnay loves to sing, model, spend time with her friends, and style hair.

Ms. Maria has been with ERCDC for more than two years, helping in every classroom as well as the kitchen. Ms. Maria is always ready to jump in and brings kindness and compassion to every room.
