Yes. A Medication Authorization form signed by the parent/guardian and physician must accompany all medication. Medications should not be mixed in food or drinks. Written authorization from the parent or guardian is also required for application of any topical products. (i.e., lotions, diaper ointment, or sunscreen). We do not administer fever reducers or aspirins.

We do not have a dress code. However, children are required to be in seasonably appropriate and comfortable clothing. Children are not permitted to wear open toe, and/or open backed shoes. All clothing items must be clearly labeled with the child’s first and last name (this includes coats, hats, gloves, scarves, and boots).
What will I need to pack for my child?

Does ERCDC accommodate the use of cloth diapers?
Per OSSE guidelines, we will only use cloth diapers for a child if the child’s parent(s) or guardian(s) provides us with a written statement accompanied by supporting written documentation from a licensed health care practitioner, explaining that cloth diapers are required by a special medical circumstance of that child. This statement shall remain in the child’s record at the Facility.
